The execution of a project throughout its service period relies on the construction supervision and construction management to assure its quality upon completion. Besides carrying out strict construction supervision services on behalf of the Client, CECI has introduced the Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), Global Positioning Systems (GPS), Geographical Information System (GIS) and developed the electronic Construction Management Information System (eCMIS), and other forms of new technology to simplify tasks, lower costs and uplift the quality of services.
